Onion-skin rosé, Zarafa has a nice perlage, with fine and quite numerous bubbles. Quite intense and quite complex, it is easy to drink, thanks to its citrusy and melon notes. Crisp and dry, it has a nice minerality in the aftertaste. 80% Tibouren, 10% Grenache Noir, 10% Rolle. Ageing potential +5 years. Serving temperature 8-10C. 10 months on lees. Dosage: 2g/L.

Character: This wine has a very fresh and fruity nose. With a good attack on the fruits(mainly lemon and grapefruit), it has a good acidity balance. It is ready drinking but It also can be kept up to 5 years. Tasting advice: It is best drunk fresh (8-10°C or 50°F), with seafood, fish and chicken. Roncier "blanc de blancs" is also perfect as an aperitif with friends.

This red wine is the flagship of the Roncier range, and offers an easy to drink product, constant in quality throughout the vintages. With a fruity nose, it has a good structure with very soft tannins, fruity aromas and a pleasant finish. Thanks to its ageing potential, this wine can be kept up to 10 years in a good cellar, and it will then develop much more structured and complex aromas which will even enhance its quality. It is best drunk “chambré”, at 16-18°, with simple or complex meals, and goes best with delicatessen, meat and cheese.

A superb ruby colour and a well-developed nose. On the palate, an earthy and supple attack of red fruits and hints of dried prunes. Medium-bodied with well-rounded tannins and a good acidity balance. Long and developed finish.

The “Linteau” wine comes from the southern part of the Rhône region, near the famous village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It is a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. It starts off with aromas of fresh spices and herbs then, turns plummy and chocolaty on the palate. The Grenache gives a wonderful velvety structure while the Syrah adds superb aromas of spices. To sum up: An extremely well balanced wine, a fantastic value for money. About Maison Tramier: Wine merchant and growers since 1842, Maison Tramier combines tradition with progress. Tradition, on account of time-honoured expertise handed down from father to son, providing in-depth wine maturing experience whilst respecting past techniques.

This sparkling wine shows a beautiful pale golden appearance, with green tints and fine delicate bubbles. The expressive nose develops white-fleshed fruits and flowers’ aromas. This wine is elegant and fresh on the palate, with a lingering finish.

The FJF Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru develops aromas of citrus fruits, passion fruit, mango and papaya, followed on the palate by a balanced intensity, minerality and a balanced acidity, delivering structure and elegance.

The FJF Rosé Blossom Premier Cru is flattering with notes of candied red fruit, blackberries and blackcurrant. The Pinot Noir is expressive; it shows density and minerality with assertive and silky Chardonnay. On the palate, the Pinot Noir has elegant roundness. The aromas of red fruits beautifully intertwine with the toasted aromas of the Chardonnay. This is a Rosé Champagne like no other, a unique representation of the Côte des Blancs.

The FJF Extra Brut Premier Cru is perfectly balanced, with a beautiful tension and acidity. Its expressive nose develops aromas of candied apples and dry fruits leading to aromas of toasted almonds. On the palate, nuances of white fruits, spices, candied fruits, honey and brioche are enhanced by a delicate mousse.

The VV26 Grand Gru is the result of a strict selection from plots of old vineyards, some of them dating back to 1926. This bottle, sealed with an “Agrafe” which pays homage to the traditions of the “Grand Vin de Champagne”. The prolonged aging of 8 years, offers a silky palate and rounded textures, followed by toasted almonds, vanilla custard cream and subtle spices enhanced by a delicate mousse.

44N Gin is produced using a unique 3 step cutting edge process. The process is inspired by the high-tech extraction and distillation techniques used for making the best perfumes in the world and has never before been used in spirits. The 20 high-quality botanicals that go into 44n include Cade (a species of juniper typical to the Mediterranean), Mimosa, Rose Centifolia, Immortelle and Verbena which meld together with our unique process. The tangy warm spicy notes of alexanders, underlying all along, allude to the undergrowth where the cade grows freely. KOVAL Distillery’s organic, single barrel bourbon has the requisite mash bill of at least 51% corn, but instead of the usual rye or wheat supplement, they have included one of the main cereals of Asia and Africa. Millet is a gluten-free ancient sustenance grain, and like corn, has a history of working in the spirits industry, albeit in Nepal, where it has long been celebrated as a libation of choice. Tucked away in a charred new American oak barrel to age, millet and corn learn to complement each other, neither taking the lead.
