This wine is Extra Dry in style and a perfect Aperitif for any occasion. Its slightly sweet nature is balanced by moderate acidity and bubbles, delivering structure and length on the palate. It is versatile in character and can be had on its own or lends itself to Asian cuisine such as sushi and sashimi.

The Whispering Hills Premium Cuvee consists of 78% Chardonnay and 22% Pinto Noir. Hand picked and whole bunch pressed. This sparkling is bottle aged on lees prior to release in the centuries old tradition of Champagne.

The M & M Lyons Grande Cuvée consists of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay hand picked and whole bunch pressed. An expression of our single vineyard parcels of fruit over various vaintages, this Grande Cuvée is bottle aged on lees prior to release in the centuries old tradition of Champagne. Our Grande Cuvée will stimulate your senses and age beautifully.

Spark is hand-picked then whole-bunch cold-pressed. Cherry, guava, strawberry, and complex yeast characters on the nose. These flavours continue through on the palate with a burst of fresh acidity and a delicate, fine bead.

Light, bright and super crunchy. Lovely tropical notes balanced with cool climate herbaceous characters. Delicious for any summer occasion and will work with any light snack.

This pure, single vineyard, hand picked Sauvignon Blanc displays sensational citrus, honey and tropical flavours, minerality, elegance and has a fresh and vibrant finish. An excellent example of a signature grape of the Adelaide Hills from an outstanding vintage.

Fresh, crisp and enticing. Lemon lime citrus, sweet pear and hints of honey suckle.Perfect on its own but will take any lightly spiced salad or seafood dish to a new level.

Nectarine and Bosche pear flavours, a true Pinot Gris style, this La Bise Adelaide Hills wine has lots of full flavoured fruit with a crisp finish.

Medium-to-full weighted, with white stone fruit, pear and lemon zest with a touch of struck flint and some chewy texture.

Balanced fruit from both the Smith’s and Fighting Gully Road Vineyards’ in Beechworth, made using indigenous yeasts and 10 months lees ageing in tight grained new and used steam bent French hogsheads. Typical Beechworth power combine with cool climate Chardonnay characteristics of grapefruit, melon, white stone fruit and an alluring hint of struck match.

Complex nose of red apple, white melon, wet rock and cashew. A full-flavoured expression with nutty notes under yellow peach and pear, with a pretty floral lift, juicy acidity and some saline notes on the generous finish.

The DJW vineyard of 3,500 vines produce fruit with a vibrant juicy fruit (like the chewing gum) character in addition to bright citrus flavours. Hand picked at peak ripeness the DJW grapes are chilled in our winery cold rooms before whole bunch pressing takes place in our small 30 year old Diemme press. The DJW Riesling presents exceptional value for a 100% hand harvested single vineyard Polish Hill River riesling with an impressive track record.

Ripe cherry, clove and dark mushroom on the nose. The palate is soft and elegant, well balanced with fine silky tannins. Making this wine very approachable and immediately appealing.

Our Pinot Noir is cold soaked for 24 hours to infuse the colour of the fruit and bring a lively kick to the palate. Hand plunged and open fermented in 100% French oak, of which 30% is new.

Effortlessly drinkable and a lighter rendition than what we've come to expect from the Mornington Peninsula. Delicate fruits and some signature spicy, toasty oak character meet some lovely florals in this wine.

On the nose there's balanced aromas of ripe red fruits, white pepper and dried herbs. On the palate there are blueberries and darker fruits, mocha and earthiness. Fine, chalky tannins, balanced acid give a plush mouth feel.

Dark chocolate and cherries are at the heart of this shiraz. A sprinkling of spices including pepper and clove adds complexity to the delicious forest berry fruit flavours. This is an elegant wine with great structure and fine tannins. It's great drinking now but can easily be cellared for another 8-10 years for further fruit development. Pork belly, braised lamb shanks or barbecued steak would make an excellent food match.

Magnificent depth of colour featuring an impenetrable inky black core and an equally deep black dark red hue. The nose offers up heady scents of blackberry and liquorice followed by some dark plum, smoky vanillin cedar, scorched earth and peppered fennel like notes. Rich fleshy black cherry, liquorice and blackberry fruits are backed by a firm tannin structure and bright youthful acidity. Gently smoked vanillin cedar, scorched earth, fennel and a burst of blackpepper complimenting the opulent fruits. Muscular feel with a slightly grippy yet long blackpepper infused aftertaste.

Lively fruit driven frame with loads of upfront berry flavours filling the mouth and continuing through the mid and finish. Harmonious, fine long talcy line of tannin extends the palate; morish and salivating and all the time supported by bright fruit flavours. The oak influence is balanced contributing savoury complexity and texture, allowing regional characters to shine.

Soft and rich berry fruits on the palate. Fine tannins on the finish allow the berry flavours to linger elegantly.This is primarily from Sue’s Block 11 Shiraz at Blewitt Springs and shows the typical, more spicy and savoury style of this sub-region of McLaren Vale.

This is a lighter medium bodied style of Shiraz, it is brilliant crimson in colour with powerful aromas of plums dark fruit and spices. It also has a tight, restrained palate featuring smooth, rich, blackberry flavours with a nice hint of black pepper and flint.This great Shiraz finishes with a young, tight, fine grained tannin finish that lingers and augurs well for a long future.

A medium to full bodied wine that combines a pleasing mix of bright red fruits along with dark, luscious flavours. Aged in a combination of French and American oak for 12 months, the Pepperstone is a beautifully crafted style of Shiraz with soft ripe tannins and the elegant profile of Polish Hill River.

Dark cherry, cedar and earth aromas. A succulent, full bodied palate of forest fruit and floral notes. This classic Merlot has fine grained tannins that are present in the long finish with classic merlot fine grain tannins from 18 months maturation in French Oak.Neville first discovered the wonder of wines as a teenager, when he stole a bottle of aged Riesling from his father’s cellar to enjoy with his girlfriend – he hasn’t looked back since! Neville is a firm believer that the most important piece to the puzzle (in terms of winemaking) is starting with the best quality fruit. - Château Tanunda.

Deep, dark red. Lifted red fruit, crushed leaf and toasty oak. Full-bodied dense and concentrated with lashings of red and black fruit, ripe and velvety tannins foundation, silken texture, and mocha oak persisting on the powerful finish.

A label dedicated to showcasing local Riverina wine and paying homage to the growers who have nurtured the fruit. Dark, deep lilac and magenta hues. Lush briary fruits of blackberry & blackcurrant partnered with plum, clove & vanillin. Blackberry, blackcurrant & blood plum, complemented by lovely French oak. This wine has low acidity & enjoyable tannins best complex.

Sangiovese is a wine with texture and mouthfeel. It’s a wine that has density while maintaining its lifted fruit aromas of aniseed and cherry.For a twist, we make a small portion of Amarone style Sangiovese which is dried for 6 weeks in the vineyard, fermented and added back to the cuvee in small amounts. This adds texture and mid palate.

La Bise is French for ‘the kiss’. Each year we search the Adelaide Hills vineyards for quality fruit to produce the wines that are “true” to that vineyard and express the flavours of the varieties. Bright red fruit aromatics, red liquorice and sweet spice. A bright and complex palate showing blackberry and kirsch like fruits with a velvety structure to create a sensuous mouthfeel.

Pale fresh and zesty. Strawberries and cream on the nose with a hint of citrus sherbet, clean and dry to finish.

Our Pinot Noir Rosé pale pink in colour with aromas of raspberry and cherry. A lively, finely textured palate displaying red berry fruits, soft mineral acidity and a hint of sweetness.
