Peppery skin. ● 250g Epoisses Germain (FRA) - Washed Rind, raw cow’s milk. Is an authentic cheese of the Burgundy region, produced with the utmost respect of the original recipes. This cow’s milk cheese has a beautiful orange rind washed with Marc de Bourgogne (a local grape spirit) and a traditional creamy centre with intense flavour. Its taste is balanced, typical and fruity. ● 150/180g Roquefort Blue (FRA) - Blue Mould, raw sheep’s milk. Classic blue with an aroma of sweet butter, caramel, smoke and salt. ● 150/180g Marcel Petit Comte (FRA) - Hard, raw Cow’s milk. It as a flavor that is nuanced, nutty, and caramelised. The cheese develops a full rich flavour and firmer texture, which is studded with crunchy protein crystals.
